ICWC Toolbar in CRM7 EHP1 customizing....

Hi Gurus,

We are implementing CRM7 EHP1 ICWC. Through SPRO Customizing, in ICWC toolbar can add custom buttons etc. and capture and handle events for the custom toolbar buttons.

What i would like to know is - Is there any way that we can group and space around the buttons - for example, Accept and Reject buttons together followed by some space and the DialPad, Transfer, Toggle buttons together.

We tried to take a look at component CRMCMP_IC_FRAME and found that toolbar rendering html code is being done at runtime.

a) Has anyone encountered this scenario of adding custom buttons?

b) if so, how it is being solutioned for the customer.

I guess chaning the CRMCMP_IC_FRAME would be modification to the system and need approval from the customer managment side.
