alignment in pre-printed invoice

Hello,

We have devloped a pre-printed invoice(smart forrm). The output is perfect from our printer. But when the print out is taken from the clients end, there is mis-alignment. Please guide me on the issue.

    HI,

    If it will not sort out through printer setting then Abaper needs to adjust the page size of your form. for that Basis consultant will create a page format size which can be later used by abaper.

    If the output is perfect from your end,request your client to change the printer settings.
