Superannuation Cross financial arrear is not coming

Dear All,

Our superannuation cross financial arrear is not coming in the current financial year & hence the superannuation taxable value which comes under the head "value of any other service/benefit/amenities"in form 16 is not showing correctly?

What may be the reason of this problem & what is the solution
