Crystal Offline Viewer Displays incorrect figures

We are running Crystal Offline Viewer, version 8.5.0.219. For some reason, the report is displayed the figure incorrectly. The figure should be 1,275,378.75. The report displayed as 1,274.87

Do you have any suggestions on how to fix this problem?
