How to Save Email as Draft in SAP C4C Ticket object?

Hi all,

I need to implement a business requirement in which I have to save e-mail as draft on ticket screen in case system crashes or user gets busy in doing other stuff.

Please suggest me any approach to achieve it.

    Hi Deepak,

    Saving an email as a draft is not supported yet. It is a roadmap item, with no defined timeline.

    Hello,

    Emails now can be saved as draft, but there are several problems.

    How can I complete an email activity without the action send() ? I tried the action complete(), but it gives an error message.

    "Action COMPLETE is not possible; action is disabled".

    Then we have lots of drafts visible in fiori only.

    Why complete() does´t work ? I want to force its completion.
