Win32Exception "The parameter is incorrect"

241 Views

Hello,

Using Crystal Reports XI, .NET 2.0 from a Managed C++ application, Windows XP.

We have been getting this error in our application the first time we try to print a report after the first time the application has been started on the system.

Win32Exception "The parameter is incorrect"

at System.Drawing.Printing.StandardPrintController.OnStartPrint(PrintDocument document, PrintEventArgs e)

at System.Drawing.Printing.PrintController.Print(PrintDocument document)

at System.Drawing.Printing.PrintDocument.Print()

at CrystalDecisions.CrystalReports.Engine.FormatEngine.PrintToPrinter(Int32 nCopies, Boolean collated, Int32 startPageN, Int32 endPageN)

at CrystalDecisions.CrystalReports.Engine.ReportDocument.PrintToPrinter(Int32 nCopies, Boolean collated, Int32 startPageN, Int32 endPageN):

This only occurs the first time a report is sent to the printer any subsequent attempts to print succeed.

Any ideas what may be at cause here or where to look?

Thanks
