FI data request appearing Red

hello experts ,

i have extracted FI G/L line item Data 1st time since may 2010 so i have got 25 million records.

i have run the DTP to upload the data to DSO

but the request is appearing RED and when i am checking with monitor all the data packets are green and header is appearing green than why is appearing red outside

and i am not getting any data in the report made on MULTI PROVIDER containing th DSO although request is red but still available for reporting

can you suggest what is the error and how to resolve it
