B1WS: Unable to Connect Remote Server

I am using B1WS , i have Configured B1WS and working fine on Machine A .

But when i connect same application from Machine B to Machine A it gives me error

as "Unable to Connect to Remote Server"

I am not able to figure whether it is IIS server problem or Sql Server 2008 problem.

Please suggest
