Iview changes not Reflecting in Q system

Hi Experts,

I have done changes to one iview(application integrato iview) in D system,then created transport package and exported to Q system. But when i login to Q system I am unable to find changes made to the iview. It just shows old iview. can anyone help me in solving this..

Hello Nooruddin,

First of all, are you sure that the transport occurred without errors? I mean, there was no error message during the importing of the transport package.

Also, it might be a case of clearing the portal PCD cache. In order to clear this cache go to:

Go to System-Administration -> Support -> Support Desk -> Portal Content Directory -> PCD Administration

I believe that the first cache will solve you case, but in case it does not work, try to clear the following caches as well:

Navigation cache. In order to clear this cache go to:

System administration -> Navigation -> Navigation Cache and click on the u201CClear Cacheu201D button.

HTTP Provider Cache. In order to clear this cache go to:

Visual Administrator -> Cluster -> Server <Server_ID> -> Services -> HTTP Provider
