pr release via workflow issue

Hi there:

I had set up PR release procedure with classification and it worked well in SAP, and I tried to use workflow to approve it instead of release PR via me47.

1 Then I went to transation swetypv to create event type linkages between BUS2105 and Event RELEASESTEPCREATED, receiver type WS20000077.

2 I went to transaction swdd to look up for WS20000077 and it existed there.

3 Then I continue to go to transaction pftc and find task 20000159, and I went to additional data/agent assignment/maintain, and I finished assigning user ABC to it.

I followed above three steps by a ebook and it says " once the workflow activation is done, the PR created would indicate the workflow." Then I tried to create a PR which meets requirement what I set up in customization of PR procedure with classification. Then I went to user ABC to open its ibox of sap, I found nothing there, my question is that is there any step that I missed? Help!
