Not able to create BPC User

Hi Gurus,

I am trying to add a new user in BPC 7.5 NW sp04. But when i try to create a new user, In the 1st step, System ask for available domain. But I am not able to see any domain there. it just does not show any think in the domain field.

Does any one faced this issues. I am gussing that this is the issue related to installation.

any suggestions?
