Desktop Manager in HR module

Hi

How to change the contents on the right hand side of the desktop manager view (Transaction code PPMDT) ?

I need to bring the Skill Catalogue (Trans code PPQD) on the right hand side..The requirement is that the user has to choose the skill from right hand side and then select a function on the left hand side functions such as delimit skill..

I have attached the valuation path QUALCATA (Complete Skill catalogue)to my new scenario..My name is shown on the righthand side..However if i go by the find option, i can see the list of Q and QK objects..

As per SAP online help "Qualafication and Skills can be viewed"..

Please advise as how to achieve my requirement

say i am creating an organization unit which would represent the HR department in the organization and a one more organization unit which is a sub unit under the HR department

next I create the different positions using the staff assignments

then I go to the reporting structure and create the reporting structure of all the employees within the organization unit , and as well as the sub organization unit

since the manager – legal belongs to the other organization unit , I created the relation ship from the PP01 transaction, I used the “ reports to “ relation which is visible in the screen shot given above

the below screen shot would show you the complete reporting structure till the end.

Like if there is manager – human resources who has a subordinate “ training co ordinator” under him.

now I hire all people for each position.

Then I go to the transaction HRUSER and create users for all the employees. And the same user is assigned in the 0105 infotype ( sub type 0001)

When I login as the user who is occupying the position “ general manager – human resources “ in the transaction sode PPMDT I see the following thing.

in the directly subordinare employees, all the positions which are within the same organisation unit and the holders of eacdh postion are visible which is the functionality and the expected result also. ( so no issues here )

in the All subordinare employees, all the positions which are within the same organisation unit and the other organigation units which are subordinate to this organisation unit and the holders of each postion are visible which is the functionality and the expected result also.

Here comes the issue , in the tab Directly reporting employees only the employees who are directly reporting to the position are to be displayed , but the system is displaying all the subordinate employees and not following the reporting structure. Ideally it should show only the people who are directly reporting to that position so I need solution to make the directly reporting employeees displayed here
