Process Order Costing

Dear All,

I required a report of Target/Actual Comparison of process order i found report KKBC_ORD but is for only one order i required for multiple order so pls guide me if any report is available in system .or any ZREPORT logic.

Hello Murari,

Could you please let me know how you acheived the desired result of being able to select mutliple Sales Orders using the KKBC_ORD.

I have read the related post but was not sure which solution you had used.

hi..

After executing the report Result list will come.

There is a icon at the top "Local File" select that > Sel spread sheet > It will download in local file.

in S_ALR_87013127 i found all order list but my next step is to download all report but at a time for only one order i can call (Report Call Button) so pls guide me how can i download all order detail list @ a time?

Use KKBC_HOE... It is the big brother of KKBC_ORD...

You need to set up summarization hierarchy in KKR0 and run KKRC to colect the data

i only found actual cost of line items i also required planned cost

so how can i?

and how to create production Campaign?

Dear

Simply you can also goto S_ALR_87013127 -Select the Period within FY , Enter the Plant Code , Enter the Order Type , Enter the Lay out either 1SAP01 and then execute .

After that Goto Change Layout option on the coulrful checker box at header -Select the Filed which you are looking for and continue .

As per mentioned in my earlier post ,the T.code S_ALR_87013127 will fulfull your requirement regarding the line item wise report .Please do the following steps in the initial screen

Enter the T.code S_ALR_87013127

Now select the selection choosen icon in the initial screen ( or Shift +F8)

Now at the bottom setting for result list select icon order with order items

then select your parameters like order typeexecute

Please use the following collective report for process order in case of cost analaysis :

1.S_ALR_87013127 - Order Selection : Give Periods within FY,Plant code , List of order -Select SAP01 as lay out , execute .

2.S_ALR_87013157 - Cumulative

3.S_ALR_87013158 - Periodic

4.S_ALR_87013094 - Actual Costs -Based on production campenge

5.KOB1-Display actual cost line items for order

I used to develop z report for this. I create one function module that is copied from K_KKB_KKBCS_ORDER_REPORT. The standard functional call will display the screen and doesn't return the data in so we need to develop the new one.

Ask ABAPer to trace it from there.

Please check the CO Transaction code S_ALR_87013127 for multiple orders .Hope this will solve your problem .
