RA calculation POC

Hi Gurus

Need to configure (03) Cost-Based POC Method as RA calculation. Pls let me know the settings to be maintained in "Define Valuation Methods for Results Analysis"

To determine percentage I guess i need to give plan cost (CJ40) and Plan revenue (CJ42).

Pls correct me
