Solution Manager Maintenance Project

I have created a Maintenance Project in our solution and the check in and out works great but when I want to break the assignment of the Maintenance project or delete it I get the an error telling me there are items still check out....But when I go to the Maintenance project there is nothing under there structure.

I have run a report out of the project analysis and it shows no check out documents. I ran it both on the solution and Solar 01.

Any suggestion or has anyone ran into this?

So I have isolated it down to several Business process that there Check out status is in Check-in Requested but the check in button is grayed out and there not check out to the maintenance project.

thx fort your advise. I am aware of this note and have checked it thouroughly without any luck.

In the meantime I have raised a SAP Message.

Hi Ashley,

running into the same problem as you described. Actual error is MAINT_PR024, some Process Steps seem to have check-in status but no Step to be found in the Maintenance project.

How did you solve your error?
