Dear valued experts,
After I was able to connect my Fiori Launchpad on premise to our SAP JAM instance I was very happy. So very quick we got the demand to consume the existing OData from SuccessFactors (BizX) also on the same way. Unfortunately I don’t find such a nice way “REST Tunnel” as for SAP Jam: https://help.sap.com/saphelp_uiaddon10/helpdata/en/5f/15589b47a64df3a52531fba5c2fedb/content.htm?fra...
I’m able to login via HTTP Basic to our SuccessFactors API but I’m looking for a good documentation for a SAP Netweaver on-premise and oAuth via SAML2. Can somebody please help me?
I reviewed already the SAP Documentation for the side of SuccessFactors Admins like: http://help.sap.com/saphelpiis_cloud4hr/EN/SF_HCM_OData_API_DEV/frameset.htm?6b3c741483de47b290d075d... https://help.hana.ondemand.com/help/frameset.htm?a2b686177f2e4942b5b3e66d9eb0e875.html
And helps like https://blogs.sap.com/2015/05/19/employee-central-odata-apis-creating-and-updating-custom-generic-ob...
There are all great, but there miss the part of SAP Netweaver. Thank you so much!
Hello Simon, what I understand from your post is you want to register the oAuth client on SAP Netweaver (not sure if my understanding is correct). Please refer to below link, hope that helps:
Also, do you use Active Directory for the Single Sign On? If yes, you might also need to consider loading the SuccessFactor API metadata to Active Directory and create a rule.
Hope that helps.
Best regards,
Ravi
