error AM010

Hi Friends,

During copying a quotation to the order, when i click 'copy selection' and enter the order it is not allowing me to save and is giving an error ''Address does not exist'' message AM010.

Any idea how to resolve it?

    Hi

    Check that for entry KNA1-ADRNR you can a record in table ADRC (link with field ADDRNUMBER).

    Ensure that the customer master exists in XD02 for that customer code.

    As I already said, definitely, the issue relates to customer address. Check some of the following notes related to this issue, though there are many notes.

    1) Note 708759 - Termination AM010 'Address doesn't exist' during creation

    2) Note 728786 - Termination AM010 'Address does not exist'

    3) Note 1474042 - Error AM010 when changing sales document

      They got this error due to an idoc issue which has been resolved. the address for the ship to at header and item were different due to some data being updated through an idoc.
