How to configure the fixed cost in CK13N

Dear Experts,

When i check the costing for component in CK13N i got the result of cost for variable and fixed.

I want to know how to configure the fixed cost and what are the facors considered? Which T code is suitabel to see it?

Can any one hele me in this regard?.........
