Problem in LSO change in the correspondence by Training administrator

Dear experts,

I'm using Portal ESS as training administrator. I've set the emails not to be triggered automatic, because I want to change the letter text and attach a file.

I was able to do both things, but when I opened the email sent by the system, the body of the text is in strange characters and the attachment cannot be opened, it says something about not being able to convert it, but I've tried with a PDF and a ppt, both could be opened before being attached.

Does anybody knows how to fix it?
