Hi,
I created a sampling procudure with type 100% inspection & valuation mode 110- Attr insp non conforming units/ manual
selected free inspection points
but in Usage indicator
Use in insp plan is greyed out. This may be the reason for not appearing in insp plan
In insp plan a error is coming
"Sampling procedure is not permitted for insp.point-related inspection"
How to activate use in insp plan in sampling procedure ?
Thanks & regards

Hello,
I receive the same message "Sampling procedure is not permitted for insp.point-related inspection"
I am configuring Test Equipmente Management in PM/QM module. I am trying to configure Indep. multiple samples. I've created a sampling procedure with sampling type "Use sampling scheme" and inspections points "Sample management"
When selecting this sampling type in general maintenance task list, the system displays the message "Sampling procedure is not permitted for insp.point-related inspection"
In general task list Header View I have selected in QM Data, Inspection Points 300.
If I do not select any Inspection Point in general task list Header View, the system displays the message "You have not assigned the insp. point description in the task list header"
How can I activate Indep. multiple samples ?
Thank you,
Best Regards,
In insp plan a error is coming
"Sampling procedure is not permitted for insp.point-related inspection"
This error is mainly due to -->when you have a sampling procedure which is without inspection point or wrong inspection points(like sample mgt or plant maint etc) & you are trying to use this in inspection plan where you have defined the inspection points in the header.
Now check two things
1.which inspection point used in the header of task list
2.use the same sampling procedure against each char in the task list.
Usage Indicator has nothing to do with this error !!

First thing : You have entered "200" Inspection point for phys. sample then how come you have created sampling procedure with "free defined Inspection points".So you should change Sampling procedure Inspection points to sample management.
Second make sure that you enter the sample drawing procedure
also make sure that you apply sampling procedure ( with sample mgt ) to each & every MIC.
'Use in insp. plan' is automatically set by SAP. This indicator can not be changed manually.
I think there is some other issue with your sampling procedure.
Check this out -
in QP01, --> header details , check if you have selected 'Inspection point' option.
Let me know if this does not help.
