Newbie - Query Transform question?????

I am new to this data tool. Is it possible to cancate two values in the mapping section of the query transform.

What I am trying to do is I have two columns if Column B is null actually <Blank> I want the value from column A if Column B is not <Blank> then I want to cancate the two value together.

What is the best way to do this.
