Bank Transfer : Pre DME program

Hi,

What are the pre- requisites for executing the pre- DME program for bank transfer.

I have maintained the bank details IT 0009. But when i run 'PC00_M40_CDTA'

it shows

selected and evaluated person : 0

Similarly all other heads are also shown with 0 value.

What could be the reason? what is missing? Please help
