Old rate, New Rate with dates are not getting printed in ME9L

Dear Friends,

I am changing the PB00-Gross Price several times in SA through ME12 with differnt validity dates and price and then updating the SA price. Throough ME9L we take the print outs where all records of price i.e. old price , new price with different dates printed. But as per clients requirement i created a new document type for ZILP for import SA where old rate and new rate is coming as zero zero. This is because table A016 not getting updated. But I don't know why table A016 is not getting updated.

Pl aswer it asap.

Dear Friends can any body just tell me in which table validity from and validity to dates and price changes for Scheduling agreement gross price (PB00-Condition) is stored.
