Request little info from you, in Dynamic attendance menu while trying to book an employee the coloured 3 fields on the even's left side change.
Even before booking the last field is green and looks like the business event got created correctly and later upon booking turns to yelllo.
Is it the general process or did i configure the backend improperly.
can you also please tell me what does the colours mean and is it like only when green we should move further.

Hi Priya,
Those colors indicate the booking level on the business event.
Initially it is green.
If Optimumum booking capacity is reached it turns into yellow.
And when maximum booking capacity is reached it becomes red.
Minimum/Optimum/Maximum booking capacities can be altered via business event itself or business event type.
This color change is a standard system behavior.

I got struck with few other issues -
Iam unable to create a external instructor or Company "Creation of object ID 00000000 is not allowed" is the error.
when i checked for the number ranges look fine. however iam unable to create number range for 01U as system says its already exist and can find it T77IV.
More over when i Firmly book the Event and try to create appraisals "Appraisals are only possible for business events in firmly booked status" is the info mesage.
Can you please through some light towards this. i feel iam missing some config settings here.

Hi,
For creating the feedback form for trainer or attendee you will have to first create Category group, then category and then Template. You can find the documentation for creating appraisal template on service.sap.com or on this forum.
Then in table T77SO you will have to assign the appraisal id for group SEMIN EVAEV and EVAPA. Also check for group HAP00 REPLA.

I did check all the settings and they are correct as per my configuration.
My req is that i have a set of legacy feedback forms for Attendee appraisal & Trainer appraisal which i will have to get into SAP in the appraisals (PV34). can you pls help how to create these feedback forms or the appropriate node kindly.

Iam still awaiting you help. all i need is to create 2 custom feedback form 1 for Business event appraisal and 2 for attendee appraisal.
Please guide me to get this done in the system when i go to Transaction PV34. as of now only standard forms appear.

I did create my custom category n template in PHAP_Catalog_PA. however i cant see them under Tcode - PV34??
is there any link to connect these??
more over the feedback forms are in Word format, can i get the same details & Fields in the customization node?

Hello Priya,
Could you please check the table v_T77S0 with group HAP00 - REPLA?
What are the settings for this switch? Is it 'A' , blank, T or X?
Try tweaking these settings and check for the PV34. Moreover, the template in PHAP_CATALOG_PA should be in RELEASED status for them to be reflected.
This can be done using the right click on the template ---> Release.
The feedback form in word document should be configured using PHAP_cATALOG_PA.
