Question on how to make Detailed Navigation

Is there a way to have detail navigation display all folders opened as default?

I read someone's post said in EP 6 Sp 2 Patch 4 Hotfix 5/6 there is an option to set all detailed navigation to open as default. What is this option called and where to find it?
