Can we modify CO user exit or create bapi to prevent creating a cost element from GL account? we should not create cost element for some GL,
I'm thinking put all those GL account in a z table, when KA01 is called, the user exit/bapi applies

check if exit COOMKA01 is processed when executing KA01.
You can create a set in GS01 with the relevant account numbers instead of a Z-table to avoid an additional Z-table.
