Dear experts,
I have done CRM_ABAP, CRM_JAVA,ERP installation based on Oracle in a laptop for SAP Best Practise.
And I'm configuring the settings for ERP according to guide(BP_CRM_V170_Demo_System_Export_V2.pdf) downloaded
from note 1040010.
In the chapter 3.1 Maintaining RFC Connections, RFC Destination 'EH4CLNT266' is need to be maintained on CRM-side
and 'BWI_STDCLNT' is need to be maintained on ERP-side,
however, both of them can not be found in real system(Tcode:SM59)
so I can't 'Maintain' this two RFC Connections, can I create them according to the guide ?
Thanks and regards,
Li etsuhin.
Hi,
As the guide states, SAP Best Practices for CRM V1.70 demo export consists DB exports of:
CRM 7.0 ABAP- SID: CRM
CRM 7.0 Java- SID: CRJ
ERP 6.0 ABAP- SID: EH4
The installation is essentially a system copy of the above systems which already would have the RFC destinations.
So ideally the destinations EH4CLNT266 and BWI_STDCLNT should already exist. But as they aren't you can go ahead and create them. But a concern would be if any of the other required customizing from the demo systems are missing.
Regards,
Srikishan
