Dear Friends,

I have 10,20,30 and 40 operation to confirm where I am choosing order and oper./activity.

In CO11N, I am conforming only Operation No.10 where I have chosen final confirmation and tick mark of clear open reservation. But the yield qty. is not mentioned because I am mentioning yield qty. at the time of confirmation of last operation i.e. 40.

System showing information message like:-

Total confirmation quantity not equal to planned confirmation quantity.

So, pl. guide me how to avoid this message

Dear,

In Customizing choose SPRO-- "Production -> Production orders -> System modifications -> Define characteristics of system messages -> System messages" to include version "00" application area "RU" and number "117" in table 160M. You can control in the "Type" column how the system should behave, that is, whether no message, a warning message or an error message should be generated.

Now I reached till OPJB , but cud not able to change Version 00000000, App. Area RU, No. 117 and Message Text Total confirmation quantity not equal to planned confirmation quantity.

So how to proceed friend pl. guide

In OPJB make Ru117 as blank in massage category last column.

it mean the operation no. 0010 of order already confirm.

Please check the confirmation. First you need check the order Qty and the delivered Qty in production order.

After that you need reverse the confirmation if you need confirm agian.

Again check the order Qty and the delivered Qty in production order.

Do the confirmation again - reverse the confirmation with co13 and then try again.
