How do I indicate a combined area of Financial Administration, Fund, Center Financial and Budget Item in budget structure?

How do I access the transaction?

Not sure what exactly you require but you can check TCode FM9K where you can define the Budget objects.

Hi,

If I am not wrong you are talking about fund management.

This is actually how you design the fund, fund center and commitment item relationship. Commitment item is attached to a gl account and so it represents a single type of expenses. For finer bifurcation of this expense, base on reporting requirement, fund center and fund can be used.
