Incomplete delivery status updates in sales orders

Hi,

I have a issue here, My sales Order was delivered and billed. Suddenly after a month , we saw the change history of sales order got updated with incompletion status(VBUK-UVVLS) as B and then the next day it updates into C.

Apart with this status change , there are no other changes happened. We are not sure how this happened as our client also not able to figured it out.

Please help to know how this status got changed in the order.

If we perform some other transctaion which had impacted the status in sales order.

HI,

Please check wether user changed the order qty in the sales order

check the user id any has happend to that order after it billed and check the dates also.

Hi Dev,

Thanks for the reply, There was no change happened in the change history other this two changes on the incomplete delivery status in VBUK Table.. we are wondering why this has hapenned.. if there are any change in any of the sales order fields, it would have reflected in change history.. we like to know any other transcation would have impacted to change this status to from C to B and then to C.
