Online planning Locking Upload planning

Hi Guys,

I have the following scenario:

we are using IP:

User1 open online planning (IP-WAD) and start planning on profit center2

User2 try to upload data for profit center2 but receives the following error message:

Data in InfoProvider is locked by user1.

There seems to be a locking problem between online planning and upload. I have a dropdown for profit center on my WAD (Web Application Designer) for online planning.
