Able to display and approve SC, PO, Auction that create by other user ID

Hi experts...need your advice,

I'm in SRM 7.0 Implementation project, there are some question during how to set authorization:

1. I was able to create shopping cart, PO, RFx and auction document from user A. And I also create shopping cart, PO, RFx, auction doc from user B. But why user A only able to display and approve document that create by himself (user A)? user A not able to see document created by user B.

How to solve this issue?

Hi,

If the user A and B are requestor then they can't see the others documents.. Buyer can only see the all the documents created by others.. you have option that, If A and B are same team ( Team Purchasing ) then they both can see the each other documents..

Thank you for your answer, but still not answered my question.

User here are buyer that also can create shopping cart. I already create buyer with portal role: procurement (com.sap.pct.srm.gp.ro_procurement) and in SAP Roles in PFCG: SAP_BBP_MULTI_PURCHASE_MANAGER. But still the buyer can not see all the document created by others.

In my case buyer here the buyer also have the same roles with the requestor.

How to set the authorization where the buyer able to see all the document created by others and manager also able to see documents created by buyer and other manager in certain company code?

If you have reference of how to set authorization in SRM will be very helpfull for me.
