AET - Custom Field replication to ECC(VBAK/VBAP)

Dear Experts!

I have a requirement of replicating few field created in CRM using AET to the ECC system. That menas I want the fields to be available in ECC. In AEt there is a checkbox for "R/3 Adapter". I have added the fields in CUSTOMER_H and CUSTOMER_I of a QUOTATION. On checking the checkbox and generating those field's extensions would make those fields available in R/3 tables VBAK and VBAP respectively?

I had done some config in AXTREG tcode in "Further Generation Objects" to make the R/3 Adapter checkbox enabled in AET.

I tried generating but it didn't add in ECC, I was also wondering where we would input the package/TR for the changes in R/3 like we do in EEWB.

It would be great if you please let me know your thoughts on how this can be achieved.
