action errore

Hi Experts,

i am performing the action for an employee priore to his transfer date that is promotion action

initial joining action then transfer action before to transfer action i am trying to perfrom promoiton action system throughing errore like

to over come this i am delting transfer action in 00 and o1 infotype it is not allowing to delter record in IT0001

giving msg like org assignment created via organizational management

how to delete the transfer action in IT01

Try this workaround, hope this will work

Go to Tcode PA30 on the first screen input the from period and to period (ie.your promotion action period), select Infotype 0000 and click create. Change the data on IT0000 like name of action, reason, position etc.

eg employee joined on 01/04/2010 (mm/dd/yyyy) -

Transfer action run on 01/09/2010

If you want to insert Promotion from 01/07/2010, so in the from period you should input as 01/07/2010 - 31/08/2010 and then click create.

Try to delete the action from tcode SE16N hopeing you know the rest in case of issue ask your abaper to do
