Payroll Issue


Hello experts,

Here i came with a critical issue regarding payroll processing as described below:

We are using negative time management(input absence only to process payroll). now recently we had processed a payroll of Feb 2011, processing perfectly ok. but the issue is one employee from plant of depot side had didnt given the absence details to our head office and the payroll is processed and the salary has been done of that employee, in actual that employee is already left.

if we do not give any absence then the system consider it as present whole month.

So, is there any clue to make a flag that if that flag is set then only the payroll will be processed?
