Data Downloaded to Excel File Incorrect in my PC under my Username

Former Member

Hi,

When I download a Report using a Z-transaction to an Excel sheet in my PC under my username, data is incorrect

whereas if i do the same in another PC with another Username, data is Downloaded correctly to an Excel file.

For eg:

correct value is 2,500,000 & 3,189,500 in other PC

and it appears as 25 & 31,895 respectively in my PC.

It is ignoring all the zeroes. Entire report gets downloaded like this.

Help is really appreciated.

Ashok

Did you check your user profile, SU3, for decimal notation? Probably that's causing the problem...

Hi,

I have checked the SU3 for user settings.

But, that doesn't seem to work.

Also, i checked macros in excel and Format cell options.

Thanks,

Ashok

first check the internal table contents in both the system before download... if both are same then try checking the setting in SU3 and also the excel settings.

Hi,

Check your user Profile and Enable the Macros in Excel.

If you have a doubt that the program is to be checked then go for .txt download in both PC's.

This will remove the confusion.

In my opinion check the Excel atrributes in ur PC on field level .

Hi,

Please check user setting for decimal places in SU03 and also check column and cell setting in Excel.
