"All Std.cost must be same prior to release"

"All Std.cost must be same prior to release" I get this message in my test client when I try to update a the plan price field. I made sure that I delete the current estimate in all plants using ckr1 and than update the plan price field but I get the same message. Can you guys please tell me how this can be resolved. When I click on the message I dont get any documentaion explaining how the issue could be resolved

Is the msg no Starting from Y or Z? I dont think this is a standard message

Check if you have any custom validation in place.. If it is not a standard message, get in touch with your ABAPer.. he might tell you whats this check
