Needed Skills for E sourcing and CLM

Hi Guys,

I am trying to find out the needed skills for SAP E sourcing and CLM 7.0.

We are planning to implement SRM 7.0 with MDM catalogue 3.0 and SAP Netweaver portal 7.0 along with CLM and Esourcing.

As far as technology is concerned -

1) What technology is used to create E sourcing User interfaces - WebDynpro Java or JSP / Struts?

2) CLM workflows - are these work flows created using SAP CE BPM or any other technology.

A technology understanding of System overview of Esourcing and CLM will be really useful to me.

Can you guys provide me these details?
