Exception INT_SERVICE_REQUEST_NOT_FOUND

Hi Experts

I am executing FM 'ISR_SPECIAL_DATA_GET' with notification number but geeting exception as below .

Exception INT_SERVICE_REQUEST_NOT_FOUND

Message ID: SBDS Message number: 106

Notification number exists in QMEL table . is this exception related to any authorization . becuase I could able to run this FM in Development but not in Quality.

Please give pointers if any one face this kind of exception .
