ERROR: program SLD_UC not registered + configtool dos not exist

Dear BC Admin,

I've installed SOMAN 4.0 under HP-unix, i configured the satellite system with SOLMAN, but the early watch is not generated via SOLMAN, I find out that the RFC SLD_UC is not working due to the error program SLD_UC not registered.

Do i need to install SLD and how ???

Or can generate the earlywatch oof R3 system from Solman without using the SLD and how can i do it?

Could you please help me to solve this issue.

Hi,

SLD configuration is not required to generate EWA reports. You can check SAP Note 1257308 - FAQ Using EarlyWatch Alert and SAP Note 763561 - Service Data Control Center (SDCCN) - FAQ to know how you can generate EWA report.
