Dymanic Cascading Parameters

Hi All

We are running Crystal Reports XI R2 patched up to SP6 so fully UTD.

I am trying to create a set of reports both for sales and manufacturing environments where dynamic cascading parameters are needed.

e.g select product then works order number or customer, customer order etc.....

When the parameter fields are set up everything is fine no error messages or problems, selection formulae the same, however when the report is run we get the following error message:

LOV

Failiure:fail to get values

cause of error:Error in file.

The request could not be submitted fore background processing

error source: prompt.dll

error code: 0x800438D

For a sanity and procedural check I followed the crystal reports example for the extremedatabase word for word and got the same error.

Does anyone know how to correct this?
