Template for Service Quote in ByDesign

Hello Experts,

We are evaluating Service Quote scenario.

We understood that Sales Quote Template is used to generate Service Quote, which holds no relevent data

for e.g Registered Product, Serial Number, Warranty Status etc. which should have incorporated in Service Quote Preview.

Anyone knows how to bring fields of Service Order Template?

it will be daunting task if we have to map each & every field in quote preview!

Hi Vishal,

Hope you are doing well..!!

You can create service quotes for services, expenses and spare parts in the Service Orders work center, under the Service Quotes view.

If Service Quote view is not visible, please check your access rights.

To get register product information on the output template you have to create the extension field in the Service quote form and manually enter the registered product information in that field and extend that field in the output template using extension scenario.

Anyone have standard Service Order Template???

Currently system detects Sales Quote template for service quote..... which is irrelevent to the scenario.
