Alerts to PI via connection CentralMonitoringServer-XIAlerts

Hello,

We are sending alerts from SAP R/3 to PI via connection CentralMonitoringServer-XIAlerts.

On PI this connection is automatically created. But how is the connection CentralMonitoringServer-XIAlerts created on R/3, automatically or manually? And if it is created automatically, how must this be configured in R/3?
