Dear All,

I have configured ESS/ MSS package on portal.

I am getting the below issue on selecting the link ESS --> Working time --> Record working time.

Exception condition "PROFILE_NOT_INITIALIZED" raised., error key: RFC_ERROR_SYSTEM_FAILURE

Please help...

Hi Rahul,

For the user who is getting the error, navigate to SU01 on the R/3 side and make sure in the parameters CVR Profile is added.

And at the same time make sure Data Entry Profiles are defined in t.code CAC1.

If these things are defined you can work with Record Working Time.

Hi,

can you provide the exact Tracelog from NWM monitoring? RFC_ERROR_SYSTEM_FAILURE is pretty generic and most of the time occurs when R3-Authorization-Check via Metadata-JCO fails.
