How to maintain condition type for any agent commission & manager incentive

Hi experts,

I am new to SAP SD, here my doubt is how to maintain condition types for agent commission & Manager incentive.

and one more thing for that any configuration settings required please let me know....

Ex - Product price -100 Rs, Agent commission- 5% on product price, Manager incentive is 20% on agent commission..

please can any one let me know the process of maintaining & also settings , if any required...
