Enhancement to Prod Order scheduling

Hi Friends

I hve a requiremnent to enhance the scheduing of the prod Order.

Currently Move time matrix is used to determine the Interoperation time.( ex. say 20 hrs between workcenter A to Work Center B)

Now we want to add/or subtract from this standard move time based on the charactersitic value (class type 001) for the Finished Product .

is there any enhancement spot /exit to adjust this time to a given logic.

Pls help to provide inputs
