HCMPF : Search Organisational Process

I select a row from the search results of the Processes search screen and Hit Details button on the bottom.

The "Details" Popup appears displaying the process detail in the top and process steps in an ALV table in the bottom.

Everything appears fine however in the Processor column of the table the last user who approved the Form is always displayed as Workflow System and not the actual person who approved the workitem.

The corresponding workflow log however shows the correct approver.

What could be the issue ?

Please advice.

Check the table value of Processor Role in table T5ASRSTEPS for the

any instance. The text of the processor role will be visible in the

result list. i.e. if its HRASRB it will be shown as Manager.

make sure note 1372998 is there in the ysstem

SELECT SINGLE text FROM t5asrprocrolet INTO role

    WHERE processor_role = current_processor_role_int

    AND langu = sy-langu.

      Hello Siddarth,

I have one question on the table T5ASRSTEPS.

From the browser Eform status showing 'RESERVED'. But from back end it is showing 'COMPLETED'. Customer asked me to mark Eform status fromm RESERVED to COMPLETED. This RESERVED status is maintained in the table T5ASRSTEPS. Could you please help me how to changes this values.

      Thanks in advance.
