QM order is not generated automatically

We are trying to use individual QM order for appraisal costs. To do this, we did the following settings:

At material master record level the field u2018individual QM orderu2019 is set

When we release a process order the system generates automatically an inspection lot whit origin 04, and we are expecting the generation of an QM order automatically too, but this does not occur, and we have to create the QM order manually.

So, how we can create the QM order automatically when the inspection lot is created ?
