Command 'file_getfirst'

weu2019re running MaxDB version 7.8.01.19.

In the Database Manger Log File I see a lot of entries

421 DBMSRV Command 'file_getfirstu2026u2019 was executed since

-24850 DBMsrv ERR_COMMAND_FAILED: Command u2018file_getfirstu2019 has ended and failed with return code -24994

-24994 DBMsrv ERR_RTE: Runtime environment error

-24778 DBMsrv 1, access denied

What is the reason of this message? How can I solve this error?
