planning function reading navigational attributes with error messages

Dear All,

I am trying to copy the data from one infoprovider to other one using a planning function.

After executing planning sequence it is throwing a error message "Combination '9147,#' is invalid; Valid is '9147,78': Characteristic '0WBS_ELEMT' " . it is unusual for us to have tht error message.

I found in few threads resembling my problem leading to a SAP OSS notes for a solution.

Please could someone help me with OSS notes to suit my problem.
